Site Guidelines:
- New construction or first-class building
- Excellent visibility and access
- End-cap or freestanding locations
- 2200 - 2600 sq ft (2400 sq ft ideal)
- Patio seating preferred
- Adequate parking for restaurant use (30+ spaces)
- 30 feet minimum frontage
- Glass store front with minimum of 25 linear feet of windows on side
- Maximum signage and trade dress as allowed by local code
- Strong retail concentration
- High daytime population with a preferred target of 15,000+
within 2 mile radius
